Issue: Collateral-damage in hostile war-zones in The Middle-East.
Collateral damage is a term used to describe unintentional injuries, deaths or damages inflicted to an unintentional target, as a byproduct of war and hostility. It is also frequently used to suggest unintentional damage to infrastructure. The Middle-East, is currently undergoing mass hostility, and this very hostility has resulted in the, byproduct, unintentional deaths of tens of thousands and mass damage to infrastructure, some of which is essential to these nations.
